We worked with Lauren on one of the most prominent private office buildings in Washington, DC. She designed graphics, artwork, and focal elements for client-facing areas in the building. Lauren transformed ordinary spaces into uniquely attractive places where our clients now want to spend time.

We had just purchased a property that had been neglected, and we desired to establish a brand that showed there was new ownership who cared about the whole project, including and especially new signage. Our old monument sign was a 25+ year old relic that desperately needed replaced. We wanted to make our property inviting and welcoming to visitors, tenants and their clients.

We had no idea what we were doing, but Lauren's quick confidence with ensuring she would be able to help us navigate through eased our minds. In addition, her giddiness for starting with a clean slate to help us find our way to our brand was infectious. Through her research of our property, the surrounding area and our (3 different people!) particular aesthetic styles, she created a new name for our business park, new color scheme and such a clean, modern but rustic design that we beam with pride when we see how far we have come.

The process was so easy. Every step was communicated and delivered as expected. We put Lauren through the paces with multiple changes and “what if” scenarios - each of which she took very seriously and put so much effort into each iteration. She is not someone to tell you that you CAN’T do something, instead she offers options of what you CAN do. What I appreciate so much about Lauren is her attention to detail. Once she turns her work over to fabricators or installers, her job does not end there. She stays very close to the project and holds others accountable for their work and job completion - to the bitter (or happy!) end. Never had to worry about her following up or following through. Ever.

Our new brand and signage will make a big impact on marketing for the kind of tenants that we want to have in our business park.
